Vinh Giang is an international keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and magician.1
At the height of his keynote speaking career in 2019, Vinh spoke to over 100,000 people at 80 events around the world, garnering fees of $30,000 to $50,000 per speaking gig.
As an entrepreneur, Vinh co-founded 52Kards,2 an online business that teaches magic to over one million students and sells tools and accessories for magicians.
Vinh Giang is also one of the world’s top communication and public speaking experts. He puts on in-depth communication training through his in-person STAGE Workshop, his online STAGE Academy course, and his STAGE Workshop Virtual Masterclass.34
Continuing his passion, Vinh incorporates magic into his keynote speeches and communication training to engage, inspire, and wow audiences worldwide.

Vinh Giang’s Success Story: From University Dropout to World-Renowned Communication & Public Speaking Expert
Vinh Giang attributes his success to his family. In particular, to his dad and his advice that “life is a miracle.”
Vinh’s family left Vietnam six years after the Vietnam War as refugees. They landed in Australia in 1981 and gave birth to Vinh in 1986.
Vinh adopted his entrepreneurial spirit from his family. Throughout his childhood, he watched as they built a host of successful businesses, including grocery stores, farms, diners, pharmacies, and commercial property.
Vinh began his entrepreneurial journey as a teenager, buying things cheaply off eBay and selling them for a profit to his friends and classmates.
However, when he went to University, he had two majors in mind, teaching and accounting.
Teaching was one of his passions, but accounting was more accepted in his community. Vinh decided to go with the path that would garner him more approval (accounting) and put his passion for teaching aside.
At least, for the time being.
Vinh studied accounting, but he hated it. With just six months left before graduating, Vinh went home to have a conversation with his parents.
He told his parents he had decided to quit university to pursue one of his passions. His mom immediately started crying.
Then he told his parents two more things:
One, he had already quit university. And two, he was going to sell the property his parents had gifted him and use $100,000 to build an online business teaching people magic.
At this point, his dad was furious, and his parents went into the kitchen to talk.
After fifteen minutes, Vinh’s parents came out of the kitchen and said something Vinh didn’t expect.
His dad said:
“Boy, I didn’t risk my life, I didn’t risk the lives of all your uncles, all your aunties, especially your mom and your grandparents – I didn’t risk everybody’s lives in our family to try to find freedom, to then force you to do something you don’t want to do. If it’s magic, it’s okay. Son, in this life, you owe me one thing. You get this? You owe me one thing. You have to jump as high as you can in this life. And as long as I’m alive, I’ll forever be your net.”
Every time Vinh failed, his parents were there. They were his net to remind him that failure is just a detour, not a destination.
Whenever his college friends would outcast him as a college dropout, his mom would remind him that the adversity you go through is the training required to become great. No adversity, no greatness.
With his dad as his only investor, Vinh co-founded Encyclopedia of Magic in 2012. It was later rebranded to 52Kards, which now teaches magic to over one million students all over the world.
Vinh eventually sold the majority of that business to focus his time and energy on teaching communication skills.
His new brand is called STAGE and includes tons of free social media content under his personal brand, an online course, an in-person training course, and a live virtual training course.
Vinh says he never would have achieved the things he has achieved in his life or become the man he is today if it wasn’t for the sacrifices his parents and those before them have made.

Vinh Giang is married to Pei Wen. According to a post on Facebook, they started dating around April 2009.17
According to a post on Facebook, Xander was born on May 8, 2017. He is six years old as of August 2023.19

Vinh said his dad used to tell him:
“Son, do you know how ridiculous it is that you are alive? If your mother or I died in the war, you wouldn’t be here. If your grandparents didn’t meet, you wouldn’t be here. Heck, let’s take it back 50,000 generations. If a caveman ate a poisonous fruit and died, that’s our entire bloodline vanished from this earth. It took millions of years of serendipitous events for you to be here, and now that you are here, you are alive for 80 years on average. When you compare how long it took for you to get here versus how long you are here for, it’s like you are alive for 1 minute. It’s a privilege to be alive. In this life of yours, remember to do what you love and jump as high as you can in life. As long as I am alive, I will forever be your net.”20
