Refund Policy

Introduction

Michael Karp is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscriptions from Michael Karp and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 to 60 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital and Subscription-Based Goods or Services:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital or subscription-based goods, including e-books, audiobooks, courses, and coaching sessions, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting Michael Karp here: https://karpfucius.com/contact/.
  2. Refund requests must be made within a specific number of days after the original purchase date depending on the product:
    • The Purpose Discovery System eBook/Audiobook
      • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date (only for purchases made directly through karpfucius.com).
    • The Find Your Life Purpose Course
      • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date.
      • 60-Day 50% Course Completion Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date as long as you have completed 50% or more of the course (you can see this percentage in your course dashboard).
      • Platinum & Diamond versions: Refunds may be requested for unused coaching sessions within the first 60 days after your purchase, but not for sessions that have already occurred. If requesting a refund for the Platinum or Diamond version of the course before receiving your coaching session, a full refund will be issued, including the coaching session. If requesting a refund for the Platinum or Diamond version of the course after receiving your coaching session, a refund will be issued for the course itself but not for any used coaching sessions. The 30-day and 60-day money-back guarantees above still apply for course refunds.
    • One-on-One Coaching (purchased separately)
      • A full refund will be issued for unused coaching sessions as long as the request is made no later than 24 hours before the session start time. If you have already received the coaching session, no refund will be issued.
      • Sessions can be rescheduled at your convenience prior to the session start time, but please try to reschedule your session sooner rather than later.

Refunds of Hard (Physical) Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting Michael Karp here: https://karpfucius.com/contact/.
  2. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date (or whichever money-back guarantee applies to said product).
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Michael Karp immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new or re-sellable condition, as determined by Michael Karp’s sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on karpfucius.com:
